At ASTA RESORT, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
